TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for bashtagger [2]: The sourceforge project page is gone, so is the download. The creator of this does exist on github, but no repo for this. Didn't use it really myself, so no interest in keeping it alive. Plenty of alternatives existing. So in my opinion this can be nuked.
