MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-tooz [2]: Cleanup after the deletion of three defunct openstack packages from 2021-09 from same user who submitted this as well, @BigfootACA, MIA since Nov 2022. This package depends on unmaintained modules, some of which are EOL and soon won't work. But as I wrote in my requests for openstack server packages (which are also broken on AUR), upstream frequently pushes updates to PyPI, so users are best served by utilizing that service instead of trying (and failing) to install old versions from AUR. MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-treecorr-git [2]: Wrong VCS package, abandoned since years. It was badly configured so it hasn't built the latest version of the code but the latest stable branch. Former maintainer is MIA since 2020 at least when it comes to updating their packages. Better to delete this defunct package There is a maintained and up-to-date AUR/python-treecorr package. [PRQ#45565] Deletion Request for chicken-record-variants

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for chicken-record-variants [2]: Unused, broken chicken v4 module from 2015. Only a similarly broken module depends on it from same year. Repo's chicken and AUR's chicken-git are at v5 and incompatible with these leftovers. Also upstream URL is gone (address not found). PKGBUILD doesn't declare sources, just executes 'chicken install modulename', which is not allowed. MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openrgb-bin [2]: This build is not compatible anymore with Arch Linux, see @Rubble1278's comment from January 2025. It is based on upstream's Debian Bookworm release. The latter distro's libraries are being kept on API baseline versions that were availabile at its initial launch in 2023. Arch/extra repo carries a working openrgb package. +1 for deletion, as this foreign binary build made in 2019 is also broken due to being ABI-incompatible with current repo version of ffmpeg. And users can use its successor, called swaylock-effects. [aur-requests] [PRQ#22974] Deletion Request for gamecompjs

Malvineous [1] filed a deletion request for gamecompjs [2]: Would you mind deleting gamecompjs, gamecodejs and gamearchivejs? I stuffed up and realised I needed to package up the CLI not the library, as packaging a NodeJS library serves no purpose in this case. I will be reuploading the fixed packages as gamecomp-cli, gamecode-cli and gamearchive-cli with full repo history, so no need to do any merging, just deleting the *js packages is fine.
