MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-arcsi [2]: Severely broken Python2 library. Last updated in 2018; source is now 404. Its core binary dependency GDAL no longer supports Python2 bindings. And for the old Python2 bindings in AUR, there is no matching GDAL build. I recommend deleting this defunct package. Finally it seems the Python3 version of this package, available on AUR, supports the latest rios library and through it, the current GDAL runtime. As such, I recommend deletion, chiefly because the package name is not following the established convention of having 'nosystemd', without dash, in its name. Waybar 'nosystemd' build is already in Artix repo, and is at a newer version than this. So maybe this dual waybar+hyprland is not even needed anymore.
