MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-noetic-rosparam- shortcuts [2]: Unused, obsolete. Unmaintained on AUR since July 2020. Last upstream update was in June 2020, yet this package is still on an older version. No one flagged it OOD. ROS1 Noetic is now EOL. Most of this distro's applications are not compatible with Arch Linux anymore, only with the freshly EOL Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and Python 3.9. The PKGBUILD does not follow current GO guidelines and is in very bad shape; someone would need to rewrite it, but upstream [0] seems inactive (last commit in 2019), so not sure if it's worth it. Has been flagged OOD since 2020 and been an orphan since 2022-02. Seems no one is interested in maintaining and using it. It also makes not much sense for users to choose this, as it is just an intermediary fork repo between Valve's Proton and upstream's WINE code. He has outright rejected my request and refuses to have a constructive conversation. Also, someone that did not realize these packages were already in the AUR with the incorrect names may submit them with the proper names. Then we'll have a mess of duplicates.
