There have been new releases at least twice-yearly since. Also it seems National Instruments only supports their software backwards to 2015 the furthest. Nothing depends on this 2010 version package except its companion, the also-deprecated and orphaned 'labview-2010' (deletion request submitted separately). There are no user votes or comments. Flagged OOD for almost a year by me: nothing happened. 0 votes, and only I commented a year ago, mentioning that the lib32 subpackage wrongly defines it provides glibc (the 64-bit variant).
