It doesn't matter. It still has to go in testing for signoff as there
is always the possibility that something went wrong in the rebuilt.

For changes like this one, it would have been better to just do the
changes in svn (modify trunk, then run archrelease core-i686 and
archrelease core-x86_64 to get the change merged in the branches) ,
i.e no pkgrel bump and no rebuilt. But it's too late now. Just leave
it as is.
