upgpkg: openimageio 1.4.14-1

- New upstream release.
- Revert commit that causes conflicting isnan/isinf/isfinite declarations
  in fmath.h (https://github.com/OpenImageIO/oiio/issues/987).
- boost 1.57.0 rebuild.
