upgpkg: linuxsampler 2.1.1-1

Upgrading to 2.1.1/ rebuilding against libgig 4.2.0. Running autoreconf in prepare(). Adding docs. Removing custom license addition, as it's only stated on website, but not in tarball, so the tarball *is GPL2*.
