thunderbird-extension-enigmail: remove deprecated migration package

Enigmail version 2.2.4 is a tool that migrates a previous Enigmail installation
to the native PGP support that Thunderbird >= 78 provides. After the migration
has completed, the extension has no further purpose and can be uninstalled.

Since Thunderbird 78 has been in the Arch Linux repositories for over a year,
it seems to be a good time to remove Enigmail completely since all its users
should have migrated to Thunderbird's native PGP support by now.
