i just started a poll that everybody emails me of problems found 
regarding apostrophe quote char inside a filename. i will collect 
them and post bugs personally. 

 | But seriously, even bash completion may fail on that... I remember
 | a few filename chars making completion spit out a few hundred

~/tmp|508> echo "bla bla bla" > "test's test"
~/tmp|509> more t<tab>
~/tmp|509> more test\'s\ test 
bla bla bla

seems to work fine
