Done, eric updated devtools, so all you x86_64 guys need to login to
gerolde, and create:
~/staging/arch64/
~/staging/extra64/
~/staging/unstable64/
~/staging/testing64/

And voila!

In the future, when we move over to the -ARCh suffixed packages, the
'64' on those dirs won't be needed anymore.
