I'd love to use something that I can get working through my new cell phone
;)  So far I pretty much have skype and gizmo (SIP) going well enough to
use.

If everyone got a gizmo account (free, SIP compatible client) we could have
a conference call that way.  I don't know how well the bandwidth management
stuff works.
