[arch-dev-public] [PATCH] initscripts: Add a splash support

Hi!

This patch finishes the work done by dtw and iphitus for bringing an
optional splash support to default initscripts.
It eliminates the need for separate initscripts-splash package which
provides/conflicts=('initscripts').

User has to install splashy or fbsplash which provide required
mikinitcpio hooks and ${SPLASH}_wrapper script, and then use e.g.
SPLASH="splashy" in rc.conf to enable it.
