[arch-dev-public] [signoff] mplayer / codecs

These are [extra] packages, so the signoff is not mandatory for me. But
mplayer often breaks, their build system is pain in the ass.

I removed the gnome screensaver patch, as it broke for some people.

I also removed the /usr/lib/win32 symlink from codecs, because I have no
idea why we would need it.

Please test and sign off.
