Oops, I was wrong.
I've confused mir.archlinux.fr with mir{1,2}.archlinuxfr.org
http://mir.archlinux.fr/ is indeed a different mirror, and up to date,
but it's not yet in pacman's mirrorlist
(and AFAIR I haven't seen any request for adding it yet).
