Just a few things here.

I'm setting up owners and all that fun stuff for our code projects,
but I have a few important things.

a) Let's not do personal repos up here - gitweb is a single cgi file,
it should run fine in your ~/public_html if you want personal stuff.

This means I removed the 2 symlinks in there and moved the AUR repo up
to /srv/projects. Please update your checkouts appropriately.

b) I've assigned owners to everything as I saw appropriate. Please let
me know if I botched any of this, or if you don't want ownership of
the project.

c) Each project will have a set of committers. I'm not trying to say
that everyone here isn't qualified to commit to these projects, but I
just want to ensure we have SOME quality control.

Please talk to me if you want to be part of the groups with commit
rights to a give project.

Thanks
Aaron
