Looks like I forgot to mention where you can get mkarchroot from. It's
not quite in devtools yet (as the readme would lead you to believe),
it's still in Aaron's git tree. You can grab a quick copy from
http://code.phraktured.net/?p=devtools.git;a=blob_plain;f=mkarchroot;hb=HEAD
