[arch-dev-public] Added b43-fwcutter to core

The bcm43xx driver is being replaced with b43 and b43legacy. bcm43xx 
will be removed in 2.6.26. Thus, I added b43-fwcutter to core. This 
replaces bcm43xx-fwcutter, which should be deleted when 2.6.26 is out.
