Version bump.
Switch from the 2.0 series to the 2.1 series

Nothing super fancy here, changes, as far as I can grok, from 2.0 to 2.1:

  *    use stat instead of seek to determine file size
  *    added support for logrotation in file sources
  *    fixed expansion of utf-8 characters in templates
  *    fixed numeric localport/destport specification
  *    grammar fixes for localport/port/destport parsing options
