A new devtools has been pushed to testing tonight for both
architectures. The shortlog is below. Please report any problems- the
majority of the changes were to the chroot scripts, but extrapkg and
checkpkg did have a few changes. lddd and finddeps were also added to
the mix.

used for later updates
