Considering the utility used to be included in initscripts, a lot of
people wont know they need to install it to keep the menu.  I'd say
yea, an install message would be useful as a minimum.

Right right, now I get it.  Initscripts all ready has the udev>=118
dep..  Adding back the start_udev will work for now.  I just think
that this kind of thing will happen to a lot of users when combined
with netcfg being taken out of the initscripts into it's own package.
