kernel bump to .24 series for both arches in testing, please signoff
- added the new arch logos
- added efi framebuffer support
- added timer stats option also for x86_64
- fixed battery status for laptops apps that still use /proc interface

please also signoff  the modules:
madwifi
ndiswrapper
rt2500
wlan-ng26
ipw3945 (resurected, thanks thomas :) )

integrated upstream into .24 series:
iwlwifi
rt2x00-cvs 
no signoff needed for them anymore
