Yes, cdtool is on that list.

Damir maintains tcdr so technically he should also maintains cdtool unless 
the workload would be too much. He haven't answered yet in this thread. He 
could also decide to orphan tcdr and have both tcdr and cdtool moved to 
unsupported.
