Point of note - since these scripts depend directly on the ABS tree on
Gerolde, I think it should be run ONLY after an ABS resync - a lot of
the "missing repo packages" will be because the ABS tree is older than
our actual packages in the repos.

This script should only be run once daily, immediately after the
script that freshens the rsyncable ABS tree.
