Devs that use latin charset might thought this is unimportant, but IMO
this would be a good change, because it will make mounting consistent
with our default for UTF-8 locales.
Also see http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/7549 for the similar request
for Gnome (I don't know if KDE needs that too).

In addition, I request adding /etc/modprobe.d/ to the package.
