[arch-dev-public] [isgnoff] flashplugin

As promissed, I replaced our flashplugin package by just a (hacky) script 
which downloads the plugin. For x86_64 it installs the beta plugin released 
today.

Please tell me if its working so it can be moved to [extra]. 

Btw: It might look strange, but the package is licensed under GPL. It just 
contains a download script and not the player itself.
