...is now available; this reflects changes circulated last week on the
time zone mailing list to the southamerica and zone.tab files, with
Argentina DST rule changes and United States zone reordering and
recommenting.

I've applied -O1 to both architectures for safety and sent a bugreport
to the mailing list. Now I can run  zdump -v EUROPE/BERLIN
