[arch-dev-public] X.Org 7.4 moves to extra

X.Org 7.4 has been moved to extra. After sitting in testing for quite
some months, it's time to move this package. This version fixes quite
some issues present in the old version we had in extra.
This version contains some important changes:
- Input hotplugging is enabled by default now. See
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xorg_input_hotplugging for more
information.
- nvidia-71xx is no longer supported and has been removed from the
repositories. Affected users should install xf86-video-nv or
xf86-video-vesa, complaints can be sent to nvidia for not providing
compatible drivers.
