Looks like the little "hack" of renaming files instead of rebuilding
them bit us in the ass here.
The DB scripts currently look for the arch in the filename, but don't
validate the PKGINFO.

Please see this (untested) patch which validates the PKGINFO for the
correct architecture:

In the future, perhaps I'll validate more before adding it to the DB.
