[arch-dev-public] dhclient is up for grabs

I also don't have that much time, but I use dhclient in autowifi, so I 
can at least test it.

With dhclient also comes dhcpd, which I do not use or test. I'd rather 
have someone else take it, but consider me a backup-solution.
