[arch-dev-public] KDE 4.3: update notice for testing and kde-unstable users

Hi all,

if you did have the previous non-really-split kdeplasma-addons installed from 
kde-unstable and testing you need to remove it before updating to KDE 4.3 from 
extra: pacman -R kdeplasma-addons You can reinstall the group afterwards.

This is because I removed the replaces from kde-meta and as a result you'll 
end up with file conflicts.
