It's probably better to do it manually. For one, the implementation
would be a little complex, and for two, we want to keep them around
until the any package is in the same repo (that is, if we have
testing-any, then the extra-foo ones should stay until in extra).

Somewhere there was a commitpkg2any script that did this, I think.
Maybe it's in devtools-git
