Ah, I confused 2009.07 with 2009.03,
Yeah, initscripts should move to core.

I don't remember if I gave signoffs for the latest versions,
but mkinitcpio, cryptsetup and initscripts are working
fine here on x86_64. So here are my signoffs for them.
