Hi all!

The need for bugtracker update is really high.
There are many bugs that not only are annnoying,
but also decrease the productivity of people who work with it
(for example the search in comments is broken).
Version 0.9.9.6 was released on 1st day of May
(though probably there are some additional fixes in svn),
while we're still at 0.9.9.5 (and missed 0.9.9.5.1 already).

Can anyone with admin permissions please do an upgrade?
The only Arch-specific patch is 'Operating system' -> 'Architecture' rename.
