klibc is missing the license file: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/14775
I haven't checked the license for the other klibc-*.

BTW, there are several bugs for these packages
(http://bugs.archlinux.org/index.php?string=klibc&project=1). Are
these fixed in the testing packages?
