I added a PKGBILD to AUR: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=27329

I made some small adjustments. Compared to ck4up I have the following 
features:
* simple and stupid
* plain bash
* no database; just text files
* using lynx we are not affected by some design changes
* auto-cleanup of the cache dir
* not only tell if an site was updated but also send a diff 

Its quite untested so feel free to try it. Imho its quite feature complete, 
but comments and bug reports are welcome.
