The readline rebuilds include ruby which breaks the current gvim in 
[extra], so this requires moving the nvi/vim/gvim stuff too. 
@Tobias K: is this good to go now?

I know I am pushing this but I committed a lot of stuff for the libjpeg 
rebuild to [testing] under the impression that I could run db-testing 
really soon so this does need sorted kinda quickly...
