Now that gmp is fixed...  it is about time to signoff for these packages.

glibc 2.10.1-1
gmp 4.3.1-2
kernel-headers 2.6.29.3-1

I will draft an announcement about the kernel minimum requirement change 
from 2.6.16 -> .18.
