[arch-dev-public] testing repo clean-up

Hi all,

I thought that with no major rebuilds happening now, it would be good to 
get [testing] as cleared out as possible.  Here is a summary of what is 
in the repo:

Waiting for signoff:
automake
capi4k-utils (may move to extra?)
dmraid
lilo (time based sign-offs given)
mkinitcpio
openswan (needs a maintainer - sorf of signed off)
openvpn (time base sign-off...)


Is this a leftover from the libcap rebuilds?
proftpd


Some sort of rebuild - can these be moved?
ccrtp
libzrtpcpp (out-of-date)


Beta KDE stuff:
kaffeine
kdevelop
kdevplatform
konversation


Misc other stuff in [testing]:
archboot
libfetch
netcfg (beta)
squirrelmail (recent update)
vi, vim, gvim
