[arch-dev-public] texlive-bin binary doesn't match PKGBUILD

I have built subversion in a chroot...   in fact the current subversion 
packages were done so and they appear to be working.  If a package does 
not build in makechrootpkg, it is either a bug in that or the PKGBUILD 
and a bug report is necessary.
