I do not intend to do all the rebuilds for db-4.8, much like I did not 
intend to do as many rebuilds as I did for libldap/postgresql...  So 
once I get the "initial" packages done ([core] + subversion), I will put 
out a call for help.

I put the db list up early because I was considering joining it with the 
ldap/postgres rebuilds, but given ldap was well out of date and postgres 
was fairly out of date, I anticipated those rebuilds to have no issues 
and decided to do it separately.
