Ther is a new zlib version in testing. Please sign off. Btw: I need to
rebuild texlive-bin again; it checks for the complete version of zlib and
not the so name (which did not chagne for years). If anyone knows how to
fix it so that we don't need to rebuild on every minor update that would be
nice.

Here is the chagnelog between 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 (we skipped those
development versions)

Changes in 1.2.5 (19 Apr 2010)
