Pacman complains about the following directory having different
permissions:

warning: directory permissions differ on var/lib/mysql/
filesystem: 700  package: 755
warning: directory permissions differ on var/lib/mysql/mysql/
filesystem: 700  package: 755

Maybe changing back to 700 is a good idea.
