So, let's sue the short period while testing is low on packages to clean up 
some orphans:

* xulrunner: no need for this to be in testing. The additional ld.conf file 
  should not hurt
* courier-imap: why is this in testing for so long anyway?
* proftpd: dito
* wpa_actiond: new package; no need to be in testing
