Only one fix:

The initial /etc/mtab is now properly generated using findmnt if
/sbin/findmnt and /proc/self/mountinfo are present. This requires
util-linux-ng 2.18-2 or newer to work properly. It falls back to copying
/proc/mounts (which is problematic) otherwise.
