Just a simple upstream maintenance release.

upstream changes:
dhcpcd-5.2.6 has been released.
This is a maintenance release purely to fix issues on the Debian
platform:
Better NTP handling for their NTP init script.
Always daemonise in master mode as interfaces can go up/down a lot
during system init which could trigger a timeout.
