[arch-dev-public] Namcap release coming soon

Hey guys,

Allan and I have made a few patches to namcap in the last 24 hours and
we think it would be good to get a release out there. Here is the log:

If anyone has any pending patches (doubtful) or knows of very small
issues that need fixing and won't take a lot of dev time, bring them
up now if we want to sneak them into the release.
