I just pushed 2.6.34-2 to testing which fixes FS#19784(1). Please
signoff -2 instead. Thanks.

Especially test the working of tc, as it was the thing missing from
-1, to see if everything is installed correctly there now.

(1) tc utility was not installed due to some incorrect Makefile.
