[arch-dev-public] [remove] kdetv from extra

Hi guys,
kdetv is unmaintained, broken due to libpng and not recompilable with gcc 4.5.
It was one of the best tv programs for KDE but it's unmaintained since ages 
now.

Everyone fine with removing it from extra?
