rename xz-utils to xz and use recent snapshot as suggested by upstream
(includes gcc build fixes etc.)

I'll also chnage the few reveresd deps from xz-utils to xz. (xz has
propper provides though)

Please sign off both arches.

PS: The repo check script will complain about xz-utils missing in svn; but
thaqt will fix itslef once this xz package has moved to core.
